Exchange 2010 Error : The user "domain\username" isn’t assigned to any management roles.

Try to use Active Directory and Computers.

1. Open the OU Microsoft Exchange Security Groups.
2. In that OU, you'll find Organization Management.
3. Add your user to that group.
